DJI Care refresh invalid if not up to date DJI Fly version ?

Hello MM2 pilots
I have the 2 year DJI Care Refresh.
But I a still using the 1.4.8 DJI Fly app version, while the 1.5.9 version is already out.
If I have an issue with my Mini 2 and I want to invoke the DJI CAre refresh program.
Will DJI use my old version app as a pretext to activate DJI Care refresh benefits ?
Does some of you had that issue with DJI or not ?

I've sent my dji drones in with care refresh with outdated firmware. They did not deny my claims and simply replaced the drone without inspection or software checks. As long as you can return the original drone, they will replace it.
