You'll never get any real information from their robo-moderators.

It's bizarre that DJI have gone out of their way to pull back on Romeo's comment and won't declare the Phantom 4pro 2 EOL despite not making any for 6 months now.
Their earlier cover story about a parts shortage was obviously false.
Whatever it is they are up to, DJI doesn't want to be open about it.
