Has anyone ever had any issues with DJI customer care? I screwed up when sending in the mavic. First I was on the iPad mini and not connected to the network, so I didn't print the return page that goes in the box to identify who's drone is in there. Telephone support directed me to the page to print off to do that.
Next... I forgot to pull the battery off the drone. I took the props off like phone support told me, but not the battery. They said send in the drone and remote and all is good. Just curious if they'll send the battery back.. only time will tell, I guess. I'm assuming they email next week to tell me the gimbal overload issue is fixed.
Ps: there is no crashes or anything. No parameters messed with...
