i see em available at numerous places and support bows to no one,i can personally attest to that.

Maybe, but my preference is a reputable local supplier/dealer that I can talk to face to face

Agreed, they have offices in China just like DJI, but unlike DJI, their customer services is rock solid and us based support, 7 days a week.

No their service is not rock solid,I was thinking of buying one until I asked whether it had iOS support.I was informed 10 days later that apple was delaying release of the app.I work for apple & the app was being held up by Autel.

I asked about worldwide release & warranty & was eventually told I could buy it from the U.S. but had to ship it back there if I had a problem
