I was wondering the same thing, at least in terms of connecting an SSD.

On the Mad's Tech page on YouTube, they opened both versions of the M3, the Cinema version and the normal version, and the PSB cards are different, the normal version does not have the SSD disk connector, and with that the power option is discarded modify to install a disk in the normal version of the M3.
