DJI Fly App not Uploading

Hi All.

My DJI Fly app (ver 1.2.1) is not allowing me to upload via whatsapp etc.

Have uninstalled, cleared app data

Any suggestions?

You might want to include on what device you are trying to install it on.

And why are you using Whatsapp?

excuse my lack of knowledge but.....is it meant to?
The title vs the text is also somewhat confusing, are you trying to install the app on a phone via whatsapp or are you trying to upload video etc. to whatsapp etc.?
If the former why not use, as appropriate, either the apple store or google play store or the DJI website?

Sorry if I wasn't clear.
Im having issues with being able to upload photos and videos from the DJI Fly App onto Whatsapp and unsure if its a local problem with my device or happening with other users?
Yes I can find the photo and video in File manager (not using app) and then share but why should i have to do that. The app has features like this then surly they should work instead of saying "App not installed" which clearly it is
