Does anyone know if the 'RAW Only' feature is also compatible with Mavic Air 2? Or only Air 2S?

DJI doesn't have it on their website.

DJI's elevator never goes to the top floor when they release new Apps or firmware. They seem to forget to change the version numbers and also don't say much about improvements to firmware. If you go to their download page you will get the newest version once downloaded.

Just updated my MA2, and it still shoots J+R

Frankly this pisses me off, since both drones are identical and this is a software change. It could have gone to the A2 as well.

The app is not available on Google Play. You have to download it from their web page.

It's not there, probably won't ever be. Look to DJI website and download it from there. One kink might be your internet provider is blocking the dji download site, I had to use my Note 10+ and 4 G to download it.
