DJI Fly Obstacle Avoidance Question

I am trying to determine the difference between the OAS icon being solid and flashing green. When set at 1080p, the indicator is solid when flying. When I press return to home, the indicator starts flashing green. Does this mean the OAS is not functioning, or functioning differently while flashing? Any he;lp is appreciated. Thanks
