Why oh why can DJI not make a dark border at top of display in FLY, I really struggle to see the white text with the sky in back

They really need to do something about that info strip.

The text is just WAY TOO small..... even with white text on black background, I can hardly see the number of satellites I have, as well as whatever else is there.

What phone or tablet are you using I have iPhone 6 ,iPhone 8 , iPad mini, galaxy s8 , I don’t have what you describe. Not doubting you but I want to see the info on screen

You have to change the screen ratio to 4:3 (I think) to get the black area around the display. But now you’ve just made the display area smaller too.

what idiot at dji ever agreed to these tiny display fonts anyway? He should be fired. They had an excellent display with the timeline across the top with the GO app and this is their improvement?

Yes I know as I had to increase the display, as I have said we need a fix. Shoot on the Iphone * it's already tiny at 4:3 and looks plain not right on my Ipad mini 5

In post #9 above... can you explain how to change aspect ratio on mini iPad to get black border for perimeter fonts?

I heard version 1.1.6 will take care of issue with Light Text! there is a god!

Tried android version and Text is readable waiting on release for Android and most of all ios
