I am convinced from numerous "chats" with the same techs that the chat support is an AI. If you pose certain questions it will give weird responses that are nonsensical. Last time I used the chat I outright asked if "she" was an artificial intelligence rather than a real person. "She" said "I don't understand what you said. Can I help you with another problem?" Then immediately bailed from the chat! Come on man! Hahaha!
