Dji gimbal goes crazy

Hey everyone.. i need ur help... i have a dji mavic and the gimbal on it goes crazy... maybe i hit it slowly on the ground from 10 cm... and i dnt know how to do with it... i asked dji if they have a complete gimbal for sale to replace but they dnt.. so wht should i do?

Did the cam take a hit? Take some pics of them cam. Might be a severed gimbal ribbon or cable.

That video shows normal startup of the gimbal. If yours is doing that, its normal. If it keeps doing it after 15 or 20 seconds, you have a problem. Does it do that when you fly?

Try to invoke a gimbal calibration.

Where are you located? You can always send it back to DJI and see what they come up with. Might not be as bad as you think. If its anything more than $300, let me know and I can fix it for alot cheaper.

I think if i wana ship it to dji... it will cost me more than 400$ so wht do u suggest for me ?

Sorry to respond in this old thread, googled and issue and this came up . I took my Mavic Pro out on Friday to get some footage of an abandoned sports stadium, it got in the air and the gimbal went nuts. Landed it and powered on and off, it did the same thing. Did it one more time and it appeared normal, but the footage was blurry (maybe I made the lens dirty from touching it in my panic lol).

After that it seemed to function normally, any idea on what would have caused that?

New the the forum, and fairly new to owning a Mavic Pro but loving it so far.
