DJI Go 3.01 Force Update

So I've been using Go 3.01 because of the Google maps and today when I opened the app it was forcing me to update. I couldn't open the app. I had to fly and didn't have time to update so I had to uninstall the app, turn airplane mode on my phone then reinstall the 3.01 app that I had downloaded from apkpure. Not happy about this at all. Now that I turned off airplane mode it's making me update again.

It was inevitable this would happen in the end. They don't want Mavics on anything below Go4.

Well I just updated the DJI Go 3 to the latest version and that seems to work. It does give me a message saying its not supported for the Mavic though. I have just read too many negative reviews on the Go 4. Did they ever fix the issue of the map following the mavic, like scrolling while the mavic moved?

Yes, it seems to work fine now , on Android at least. I wouldn't have any fears about stability, it's solid now.
