DJI Go 4 Battery remaining time issue with iPad Mini 4

Anyone ever see this? DJI Go 4 on an iPad Mini 4. The seconds are not displayed (only the minutes). Sometimes they will be for a few seconds then disappear. I tried text size, bold, light/dark settings. Nothing seems to fix it. Works fine on iPhone X .... Thoughts?

Seen this mentioned on the DJI forum, its something to do with dark mode being on

Yes, I know about that. Dark mode on will display an "all white" read out... What I'm seeing is the minutes and not the seconds......
