  3. Connect Device to Remote Controller. ...
  4. Launch DJI GO 4 App.
  5. Go to Main Remote Controller Settings.
  6. Click Advanced Settings.
  7. Select Sensors.
  8. Tap Calibrate IMU.

I don't think I ever had to do this, so I am not sure. Do you really need to remove the propellors, or is that a safety concern?
