DJI Go menu (3 dots) lag time on android

Has anyone experienced a significant lag time between touching the menu (3 dots) and when the menu appears? I use a Samsung Note 8 (Android). For the longest time I thought I wasn't hiring the options correctly, then I realized I need to touch it and wait about 15 seconds, which is like an eternity... Seriously, count 15 seconds and tell me that's not forget after clicking an option. Thanks in advance for any help, advice, out troubleshooting options.

On a different Android device, it's opening instantly for me.

disable any background services auto-sync
battery optimisation off, for Go4
clear the storage of your phone cache
delete cached thumbnails
[ed] failing all that, get a fidget spinner

also turning on airplane mode might also help
