DJI goggles go black after about. 10 seconds

Updated firmware on my white dji goggles . Plugged to MA . I see the camera view for about ten seconds maybe a little longer then everything goes black . Goggle appear to be still on all green lights are lit but the only way to see pic again is to turn them off and back on and then the same thing happens again .

Any ideas . Charging them now but they appear to be charged.

Tried it again after charging . Same thing . I can get the screen back by pushing the back button on the bottom but after 10 sec or so it goes black again . Keep pushing back button and it keeps coming back but won't stay on .

I can select things from the display but it won't stay on

Any ideas

Try connecting to Goggles to your computer and using the DJI Assistant to update the firmware. Also make sure the firmware on the drone and RC is up to date.

As far as I can see everything is up to date .

What are the most recent update numbers for
Drone
Controller
Goggles

I will verify but I’m thinking I have a bad set of goggles

Talked to tech support . There was a setting in the goggles called eco mode . Turned this of and all is good .

I'm curious as to the value/purpose of Eco mode. Do the googles take longer to power up from Off then Eco mode? Then Eco would make sense, switch to Eco when removing goggles for a bit, but not wanting to shut them Off.
