DJI Goggles v1 (White) Caddx Compatibility

I found a pretty nice deal on some used DJI Goggles (the white v1 version). My question is if these will work with the DJI Caddx Nebula / Vista on a non-dji drone? From what I can see there is no difference between the v1 and v2 of the goggles unless you are flying the DJI FPV drone which I don’t have. My interest in these goggles is purely to get started with non-dji drones. Would be great if someone could confirm this.
