DJI Mavic Air 2 is not Connecting with the Remote

I have updated my Mavic Air 2 with the latest firmware, but I couldn't update my remote due to firmware list not loading in "DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic" now the remote is not connecting with the aircraft. I tried all the connecting methods, still its not connecting. now I cant downgrade the aircraft firmware coz the "DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic" software only loading my current firmware the reset to default firmware option is also not available in the software. any body please help me.

Hey, I am having same problem and I lended my drone to a stupid person and I think he tried to upgrade the firmware but now its not even connecting with the RC and I can’t do anything.

Mini Se has the same issue.

I did an update and after that it is not connecting anymore.

Any help??
