I have a DJI Mavic Air 2 S with the firmware 09.09.0911 and anti roll back value of 2 and am wondering if there are any current exploits or bypass to this firmware and ARB so I can flash the firmware to current firmware.

Sorry there is just no way to flash firmware to downgrade it. If the firmware you are trying to replace has anything to do with RID it is actually unlawful to flash firmware in order to defeat that feature. Sorry.
