Its a great shape DJI Mavic pro 2018 model and I have watch many youtube vids on setting up the camera for video and it takes beautiful videos but when I take a picture and transfer them to my computer they are very pixelated? Is there another setting I am supposed to be on?

So your video is fine but stills are pixellated?
DJI drones don't create pixellated image files, so it sounds like you aren't looking at the actual image files.
I can think of a couple of possible explanations
Can you post one to show the issue?
You'll probably need to upload to Google Drive or similar and post a link.

Maby a faster diagnosis where I can view pictures taken with the drone? I have just been removing the sd card and putting in my computer. Videos are good just photos that look clear but when you zoom in pixelate badly.

If you want help you will have to provide more information for people to work with.
What kind of file are you looking at?
Is it a jpg file or a dng file?

I suspect from your brief details, that you might be trying to view a .dng image with software that cannot read the dng format and it's showing you the tiny thumbnail jpg preview image that's inside the dng file.

Please post one of these image files, if you want help with it.

For some reason the pictures are not posting??? They do say DNG if that helps
You cannot post a dng image file here, which is why I explained how in my first post.
But it doesn't matter now that we know you are asking about a dng file.

You need specialised software to view a dng file.
If you use software that cannot read the dng format, it will only show you a tiny thumbnail jpg preview image that's inside the dng file.
That's your problem, you are looking at that and because it's so small, it turns to mush when enlarged.

If you really want to use teh dng format, you'll need software like Photoshop or Lightroom to view them.
Or just use jpg files and anything will view them correctly.

DNG would not attach for some reason.
If you want to post a dng file, you will need to upload to Google Drive or similar and post a link here.

But there's really no need since I've worked out what your issue is and explained it already.

Thanks for the info on the DNG format, that's all I needed to know and then figure out how to change it on the drone. I done a quick youtube on it and found out how to change the setting? Guess the fellow who had it before me was big in photography as to why he had it set in DNG. JPG is fine for me. Pictures do look a bit better and can zoom in quite a bit more before they pixelate. Thanks again
