Hmm... those ones doesn't look good, but could that damage cause a 200ft height loss, really doubt that, but I'm not sure.
Another prop damage that really can cause height loss is when the prop blades have been flattened due to being stored with something pressing them flatter during a longer time... like those prop holders that you can wrap around the drone+props that put the blades under pressure. If the blades have lost the original shape they can't generate thrust as they should.
