Dji mini 2 power problem

My mini 2 will not power on I've taken off the cover and tried it like that no result. The batteries are fully charged. Can someone please help me trouble shoot this.

Are you pushing the power button twice. Some forget. Try a different battery. When you try to power up, what lights show up on the drone?

No disrespect and this might sound dumb but, has it powered up before ? Or is this a new problem.
