It doesn't make any sense to me to question compatability between GPS modules in two different drone models.

"Compatible" in what way?

I dug into the drone, and found that my gps module was disconnected. I thought the module was bad. Searching on Amazon I didn't see any for the mini 2 se only the mini2. Question should have been, if I buy agps module for a mini will it work in the mini2se.

did you resolve this issue? i need a gps module for my mini 2 se since im getting "navigation system error" after a crash but i only seem to find gps modules for mini 2 and none for mini 2 se, not sure if i want to buy it then it doesnt work.

Yes the GPS was just disconnected. But I was told the mini2 will work in the mini2se.
