Im just sharing this for other people because when i was researching i couldn't not find any info how a gimbal looked inside.
So I had a dji mini 3 pro with a broken, water damaged lens. It was blurry with spots. So I tried to fix it. Seems problem was deeper. So I had nothing to lose. Fully disassembled the gimbal.
- dissaembled and reassembled. Works. Lost 4k, now its barely 720p. But better then nothing! Now I have a racing drone lol.
- mostly glued. With 4 screws. 2 outside and 2 inside module.
- replacing with another dji lens does not fix focus. As it seems to be part of calibration.
