Why the DJI Mini 3 Pro Can't Shoot in 10 bit Color Depth it is software or hardware? can someone give me a good explanation?

Hardware likely. It differentiates the drone from higher priced options like the Air 2S and Mavic 3 that DJI sells.

Likely hardware. Processing power, heat dissipation and all kinds of things can affect that.
Doesn't make sense they'd over-engineer it with those components just to software disable, especially when the most important feature is literally 1 gram under 250.
