Quick file transfer not working.

Have read need to change mini 3 pro WiFi name, anyone know if that's the answer and if so, how to change the WiFi name...

Greetings... I had to turn off Cell Data in the iphone settings to get the Mini 3 to download to the phone...

And I learned that from another post in the Mini 3 Pro section of the forum...
