Or you could wait until after the Supreme Court makes a decision. Most of the tariffs were found to be illegal.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit ruled in a 7-4 decision on August 29, 2025, that President Trump had exceeded his authority under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA). Outside of the IEEPA, the authority to impose tariffs resides with Congress, not the executive branch. The Court of Appeals ruled that the reasons supplied by the President did not have any connection to the tariffs imposed.

The tariffs will stay in place until after the Supreme Court issues a decision. Oral arguments will take place in November.

I don't know whether to laugh or be sad about your profile entry, but yeah you are a bit ahead of me,
