Good day,
When flying my Enterprise zoom connected to my Samsung S10 with DJI Pilot v.1.5.0 installed the drone is limited to only 30meter altitude and 50meter distance although the settings for max altitude is set for 120 meters and distance 800 meters.
When I change the Samsung S10 with my Samsung tablet with DJI Pilot v.1.4.0 everything is back to normal and I can fly up to the set limits (altitude and distance)

Somebody said that beginner mode is selected but you can not deselect beginners mode in the app see attached screenshots.

This sounds as if the Mavic gets no enabling code from the app. Same happens if one flies the Mavic just with the DJI goggles, without a smartphone connected to the controller and running GO4, Litchi or similar app.
I am not familiar with the Pilot app, but have you entered your DJI account data yet and is your S10 connected to the internet when running the app?

Hi The Mavic, Enterprise zoom can only fly with the DJI Pilot app. This problem started after updating the software from V1.4.0 to v1.5.0.
Yes the S10 is connected to the internet and yes I did enter my account data.
As I also said I still have on my Samsung tablet v1.4.0 and there I do not have any problem.

I am having the same issue. When I called DJI they said to send a screen shot of the settings and the error code - max altitude reached - to [email protected]. Not too happy with this response over the phone. Following for updates.

Just spoke again to DJI support and they had to forward the issue on to their engineers. Said they'd be back to me in 24hrs with a solution. Once I upgraded to v1.520 is when my problem occurred. There is no way to roll back the firmware from what I was told.

FP - Have you tried downgrading to the previous version (v1.4)? That would allow you to fly until DJI figures out the glitch in the new version.
