does anyone had any issue with chating with dji support team and has been taken for a ride without any help. like that they will be back with an email or that ur case is now look at from a different department?

That's what MavicPilots is for. We are the superior customer service, and we even analyze flight logs. We just can't do service for you. I personally service the drone myself. I just replaced the rear plate on my left motor arm.

The CS that I encountered so far is I bought my MP on Amazon from DJI, same price as on the website, same free shipping etc. just used Amazon as portal, but they won't honor the free lesson, with the purchase.
