Welcome to the forum! Unfortunately, Drone Deploy is not available directly on all DJI RCs, so you may need to sideload the application. On your RC, open the built-in browser and visit the official Drone Deploy website. Download the Drone Deploy app’s APK file. Then it might work. Hope that helps!

Welcome to the forum from the outback of Australia. I haven’t seen any info about loading drone deploy on to the RC plus. I assume the plus model is the Pro.
