DJI RC1 upgrade to RC2, how to upgrade. Not working for me

I have a newer Mavic 3 Classic, first one crashed, The new one came with the RC1 controller. I tried logging out of it and want to use the RC2 controller. I reset the RC2 and it is not seeing the aircraft. What am I doing wrong

The Mavic 3, all versions, is not compatible with the RC2.
