Has anyone used DJI refresh in Canada? I need to send my MPP back but you can't raise an online repair request, as Canada isn't covered in the online system so I've had to email them. Any feedback on how smooth the repair process went?

I’ve had two repairs done using refresh. The claim took about 3 days of emailing back and forth and then I sent it to California from BC. Both times went smoothly. Took about 5 days each way for travel and 2-4 days for assessment and repair. They paid for everything.

Thanks for the info M2D2. It's my first time using them and was disappointed I had to email and couldn't do the online request. Wrong time of year to get it sorted quickly as well.
