Dji saved waypoint mission

Hi, I have a saved dji waypoint mission. When I run the mission repeatedly I get different results in height by about 10 feet in either direction. Is this normal?

Is your take off location the same always? DJI waypoints uses the home location as a reference for height not the height above sea level which is kinda strange if you think about but I digress.

What aircraft are you using?

Mavic 2 Zoom. I always launch from the same spot.

I am a newbie here, and do not know the answer, but your experience raises a question: is the height measured by sonar, GPS, or barometric pressure? Perhaps the way "height" is calculated is the source of variation.

Hmm. thanks for the clue. It feels like barometric pressure by watching the drones actions. When I start the mission the first thing it does is fly to the height level set, then it flies to the position, and then it sets orientation.

Is anyone else flying repeated waypoint missions?
