DJI Smart Controller(Model RM500) not charging fully.

Hello.

My controller charges only up to 57 % and the last of the four leds does not blink while charging.

Is the battery of the controller coming to its end or could it be a software/firmware related issue ?

How much does it cost approximately to get a new battery put in and is it hard to do by myself ?

Your Battery is at its end. You can replace them and its not that difficult really there are many videos that show you how.
