I purchased my Pro in Oct 19. I posted my issue and thanks to all that tried to help. Deal was the screen view was pixelated to point is was hard to see where I was flying. But the pics and video was pixelated as well in my gallery. Off the SD card though pics was fine. So I established a RMA and received a ups label. They sent me updates all along the way. Free warranty repair and it's on it's way back in under 2 weeks! Great communication.

Turns out it was a gimbal and camera module. Can hardly wait to get it back and learn more about its capabilities.

Thanks to DJI support and everyone here for their thoughts and ideas. I hope this fix helps some one else down the line.

Good of you to post this positive experience. A great product without great support is worthless. With DJI you have both.
