Apparently this piece of software is required in order to download data from the controller. I've searched high and low for it without any luck. Can anyone help please?

There's a YouTube video which refers to DjiDownload Tool exactly as I've spelled it here. Apparently, DJI Assistant 2 didn't download data from the controller at the time that video was posted. You're absolutely right, it does it now! Thanks.
