They wont improve jittery yaws if that is down to your flying. It will reduce the amount of light to the sensor so that you can reduce the shutter speed to the inverse of the frame rate (i.e. 25fps and 1/50th sec) so improving the more natural look of the footage.

I have to dial the sensitivity settings on the Air1 way down to 25% . That helps with my poor flying technique, but lots of things can cause the jitters. 265 over 264 with 4K is a bummer if your monitor isn't up to the task and like the Cy say's a SD card that isn't up to speed is another game wrecker.
