Do you hand catch your drone?

So far, I've only owned a Mavic Mini and now the Mavic Mini 3 Pro. I usually take off from the ground/pad/solid surface, but usually catch it in my hand because they are so small, and it is relatively simple to do. I don't think I would do it with a larger drone. But my primary reason for hand-catching is that RTH never seems to return the drone to the exact launching point and I'd rather catch it in my hand than try to maneuver it to a safe landing spot (pad/flat land, etc.), especially when my drone battery alarm is beeping at me!
