Does anyone recognize these parts?

Hi, I ordered the RC Controller joystick dust covers (round black things) and also received 2 packages (4 each) of these little blue things, which I didn't order. They look like fuse pullers to me but I have no idea what they would be for on the Mavic or RC Controller. Any ideas? Thanks! P.S. The Black Dust Covers are 1 3/8" Dia and the Blue guys are 1 3/4" long x 1/2" wide x 1/4" thick

By the way don't waste you money on the joystick dustcovers, super thin cheap material! The center hole tore while trying to gently slide over the joystick, not worth it!

perhaps they are meant to be used to fit the covers to the sticks by expanding the center hole

Huh, they look like the prop would go through the rectangular slot and then clip on the arms, just speculation it is hard to tell the scale.

The Black Dust Covers are 1 3/8" Dia and the Blue guys are 1 3/4" long x 1/2" wide x 1/4" thick

They look like something that would slide on a T-Bar track to hang something from. Not related to dust covers. Or they're trumble plates to secure the dash rods to each other.
