Does the Mavic know when its arms are folded?

Mavic does not know when its arms are folded as there are no sensor to detect that and thus the motors will start.

It doesn't "know" when the arms are folded. However, it will show a compass error as the motors being that much closer to the compass interfere with initialisation.
