I was able to shoot a dolphin megapod on Christmas eve and thought you all might enjoy it.

After further investigation, it looks like you are correct and I was closer than I probably should have been. I did not think they were even aware of my presence but i will be more conscious of the rules in the future. Thanks for your comment.

I doubt that's the reason. I think part could be that it's Christmas day and people aren't checking the forum as much.

I'm impressed with the megapod and I don't think they felt like they were in danger from the drone.
I don't know if the flight was illegal or not.
