Currently i am on holiday and i dont have a computer with me: only phone and smart rc.
I want to put some photos from my mini 3 to my phone, and tried this with USB-C -> USB-C cable. Now my phone does not display the media from drone in DCIM map on the Mini 3. Is there a way to transfer data from drone to Smart RC or phone? Smart rc give the message please connect phone to the drone.
But i dont want to install Fly app on my phone, thats the reason i choose for smart rc's...

That is a fair correction.

It might be a direct wifi link?. I forget how it went exactly but it worked fairly well.

With app on phone? I dont want the dji app on my phone. It is for work and bussiness. Is it also possibile with the smart rc?

I was testing, but the smart controller (the one with build in display) told me that downloading to the controller is not supported.
And with these steps in the video it is also not possible because I did not get any options for downloading or something when putting on wifi, Bluetooth and location service.

Someone with the answer?

Yes it should work with the controller.8862F896-544A-466E-9564-416225743BF5.jpeg

Go to main go fly page. Hit the album button then should show you the files on the drone then hit download HD files to app album.

Do you have the latest updates?

Drone has to be on and connected to the controller.

Maybe I’m missing something. But I think this is what you were looking to do.

I tried several times with the download button but controller say that it is not supported to download.
Are you trying to download the DNG (speaking of stills)?
If I remember correctly it's not supported to download (yet). However, there's no possibility for now to only shoot DNG so you always get JPG+RAW. So at least you should be able to get the JPG.

That is strange. Usually I have issues like that. I am not sure if it matters but do you have an micro sd in the controller. I assume the controller has been logged in with dji.

Yes i am trying to pull the JPEGs out of the aircraft, with my smart rc. But it does not work in any way. I go to album on the left bottom.
Also movies not possible....

I use a USB-OTG compatible sd card reader plugged directly into my phone. I pop the card from the drone into it and it appears as external storage which I can copy files from, onto the phone storage. I'm using an android phone - I've no idea if iPhones can do this too.

You say you're on holiday... not sure if you have access to an electronics shop or similar...

I have something like this:

The only two options you have is to quick transfer to your phone or pull the card. Some people have struggled getting the media off the drone through quick transfer though.

You only get the lower res images to the controller not the hi res.

For info, the controller with the screen is just the RC and not the smart RC as some are stating.
