Downward sensor / Strobe

I am planning to mount a strobe on the bottom of my MA2 in the forward position shown in the attached photo..
It's approximately 1/2" thick. I am concerned that it may interfere with the downward sensor. I can not
find the viewing angle of this sensor if there is any. What do you think? TIA

I do not know the viewing angle but mine works fine there.

I did the same with the smaller Firehouse Strobe...perfect fit

bottom sensors cannot be disabled in Fly app?
