Drone Registration in Luxembourg

im really struggling with this EASA operator registration business for my DJI Mini Pro 4 (249g) drone. we plan on visiting Greece and Portugal (Greece first) but these websites are so hard to navigate. ive been told to try other countries, like Luxembourg because its in English and free. can anyone verify this is true? when i go to Flying in your country - National Aviation Authorities | EASA, under Luxembourg, the link "register as drone operator" doesnt seem to work. https://dac.gouvernement.lu/en/drones/where-when-register.html

is this the right place to get the registration done?

Yes I did mine there, it was free and in English

I did mine there also, A1-A3. It took me only a few hours.
But I don"t know its valid for non-europeans.

Anyone else can open luxemburg website? I tried to register mine there too for the same reasons but looks like website doesn’t work?

FYI, i just did the operator drone registration in france, and it was pretty easy. took only a few min to get my number.
