15 Application for registration of a drone for personal non‐ commercial use 100.00
16 Application for a no‐objection certificate to fly a drone once for commercial purposes 1,500.00
17 Application for a no‐objection certificate to fly a drone during an event 5000

Fines
25 Flying a drone, which is not registered with the DCAA, for commercial purposes:
 Outside Aviation Easement areas 2,000.00
 Within Aviation Easement areas 20,000.00
26 Flying a drone, which is not registered with the DCAA, for non‐commercial purposes:
 Outside Aviation Easement areas 1,000.00
 Within Aviation Easement areas 20,000.00
27 Flying a drone, which is registered with the DCAA, for commercial or non‐ commercial purposes without obtaining a no‐objection certificate from the DCAA:
 Outside Aviation Easement areas 2,000.00
 Within Aviation Easement areas 20,000.00
28 Flying a drone in an event without obtaining a no‐ objection certificate from the DCAA 10,000.00
