Dumb question about Davinci Resolve

This is baffling me:
Say I have a 3 minute 4K MP4 clip from my Mavic, and I just want to remove 10 seconds from the beginning and from the end, and replace the old file.
Can you do that without needing to render it and waiting however long for it to complete?

Yes I believe so. This is also the case with handbrake.

The thing is, I don't know how to try it, because I don't know where the functionality is.
I don't want to convert it to another codec, color grade it, change it in any way other than just removing 10 seconds from the beginning and saving it in it's original format (like cropping and saving an image). Maybe I'm not understanding how these video editors work. I wouldn't think you would need to re-render an entire clip if you just want to remove 10 seconds from the beginning of it...but maybe I'm wrong....
