DUMLdore fails to upload firmware to Mavic Pro / Timeout

Hey there,
I tried to flash the .700 firmware onto my Mavic Pro, but it says FTP access failed (see attached file):

The firmware was 4.0000 (NEVER 4.0100!!!) and I downgraded to 3.1000 with DJI Assistant without problems.
I asked Google and read some Forums, but could not find anything about it.
Tried on Laptop and PC with Windows 10 x64. Firewall etc. off.
Does anyone have an idea, what could be wrong or a method to avoid this problem?
