This was once a large military base from 1942-1946 to train soldiers for the terrain they would face in Europe during WWII. Now it's a wildlife area with the foundations of barracks and decaying paved roads as the only sign of human presence.

This is my first flight using manual settings. I am still waiting on some ND filters, so I had to bump up the shutter speed quite a bit to improve exposure.

Hi Doc, you caught a nice sunny day. I'm over in Yachats. What are you flying? I have an extra set of PolarPro ND filters for the Mav Pro and Pro Platinum. You can have them if they'll fit.

Thank you for the generosity! I have a Mavic Air however. I am waiting on some Polar Pro ND filters as well, they should arrive tomorrow.
