Equipment maintenance via airdata?

This morning, I was reviewing the info on airdata from my flights yesterday.
While doing so, I "stumbled" upon a heading "EQUIPMENT", sub heading "MAINTENANCE" in airdata.
This area listed both my drone and all of my batteries. I was surprised to see that there
are data kept there on each of these items, with "suggested", "recommended" limits
after which some form of maintenance is to be performed?

I was never aware that such maintenance was ever required of my equipment? It would
appear that if I was not subscribed to airdata, I would have never come to know of this information.
Did I "luckily" stumble upon something that I should have known about? Does everyone else
out there know about this? Is this just something airdata supports/recommends? Is all of this
maintenance that airdata suggests mandatory?

I'd appreciate any and all opinions on this matter. If I had not stumbled upon this information,
I know I would have flown my drone into total oblivion without any "maintenance" what so ever
....perhaps to its demise, along with all of my expensive batteries!!

Thanks again, for all of your help and insights!!

I'm sure you noticed this, but those "maintenance" options require higher ($) membership levels. I'm not saying there aren't elements of them that may be useful, but for the average flyer who doesn't own/fly multiple drones and/or multiple days per week (like me), "maintenance" (other than standard battery care) may never be required.
Full disclosure: I am HD Free member of Airdata and highly recommend it. YMMV.

@Mt-Ed i use Airdata ,and its a good way to keep a check on your flights ,with regards to the battery side of things i do not take mine down to the 8% as they suggest after a set number of flights ,my MPP batteries are over two years old with over a hundred flights on each and are still charging to 100% with no errors of any kind ,if any one of them developed a charging fault then i would try the deep discharge to see if it reset the charge counter and got the cells back in balance, the same thing with the maintenance cycles, i do a visual check of my drones after every flying session, and that way if there is an issue it shows up and i can deal with it,it is up to you how much you take from the recommendations in Airdata ,and it is helpful when problems arise to share that info on the forum
i am a gold member by the way

Thanks for your replies guys! I too am a gold member...upgraded a few months back....so I could take advantage of the options it provides. Had just never noticed this before....perhaps it came with the upgrade? I really like to review the flight info airdata provides, and keeping track of equipment usage is a bonus as well.
