Error showing up in s mode

Hi Guy's
Had this error 2 times now, but only in s mode... can't see anything wrong with the propellers.
Anybody had the same problem?

The search function, ( magnifying glass on RHS of 2nd line from top of the page ) will find loads, try "mini too fast" or "over speed" or "deformed props" etc.
